Professional Fitness Model, Figure Competitor Champion

• The Provincial Figure and Bodybuilding Championships - 3rd Place

Heather has appeared in the pages of the following magazines: Oxygen, Planet Muscle, Beyond Fitness, Fitness and Physique, Ms. Fitness, Jamfit, Share Caribbean, Sway, Pride Caribbean, Your Health Source, Canadian Black Women, and Muscularity. Adding to her list of achievements. Heather has received numerous sprinting and track awards, appeared in Sport/Fitness Fashion Shows, judged competitions, and has also been seen and heard in both Radio and Television talking about what she knows best, a fit and healthy lifestyle.

When Heather is not competing, she works as a Fitness Consultant and Sports Nutritionist.
