International Professional Soccer Player

"I absolutely love Doce Vida's fabric because it moves with me unlike the gear that I have to wear when I play soccer. When I am running or weight lifting, the material stays in its place and I am still able to feel feminine. The Ativa Collection is flattering in all the right areas and as a soccer player I am very aware of 'those areas.' Doce Vida is very comfortable and flattering, which has made me more confident about my body."

Nancy Augustyniak is a world-renowned professional soccer player. In her college career, she helped lead the Clemson Lady Tigers to three 'Elite 8' appearances and one 'Sweet 16' appearance within her four years. Some of her accolades include: Second Team All-American, All-ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference) Tournament Team, All-ACC First Team, team MVP, Co-Captain, ACC 50th Anniversary team (top 50 athletes in the ACC over the past 50 years), invited to the Under-21 National Team Camp and invited to travel with the Under-21 National Team to France.

She was drafted by the Atlanta Beat to participate in the first women's professional soccer league, WUSA, comprised of the world's top women's soccer players. As a full-time starting defender throughout WUSA's existence, she helped lead the Atlanta Beat, the most successful team in WUSA history, to two Founders Cup appearances (WUSA Finals) and one semi-final appearance. Nancy was voted WUSA Most Valuable Defender and joined the WUSA All-Star team. “Nancy’s speed and strong willed presence on the field have helped her become…a player we will look to again to shut down the best forwards in the world,” says Tom Stone, Atlanta Beat coach. In addition to playing for the Atlanta Beat up until the league’s dissipation, she also has trained with the U.S. Women's National Team for the past five years.

Currently, she is the women’s assistant soccer coach for Arizona State University. She spends her time spilt between coaching and training with the U.S. Women's National Team in hopes to represent the U.S. in the 2008 Olympics.
